Eric has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate including development, leasing, and property management of mixed-use, office, and industrial properties.

Eric develops mixed-use properties, specialized industrial build-to-suit projects, and commercial interiors throughout the greater Houston region. He also consults with leading investors to transform their most complex, high-profile assets.

Eric served as a Captain in the United States Army where he was based in Germany with operational deployments to Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia.

Education »

Eric received a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He received a real estate broker license from the State of Texas.

Family »

Eric and his family are members of Houston’s First Baptist Church.
